FitCamps are a great way to train. Training outdoors in a group environment carries great motivation.  Trainees in a FitCamp grow together through their common experience and commitment.

Our FitCamp follows the exact same principles of our indoor training. We are after more than just a workout. Our aim is well-rounded fitness. For this reason we call it FitCamp, as opposed to Bootcamp. We train hard but we also train smart. We make time to practice fundamental skills in order to build a solid physical and mental foundation and further enhance our overall fitness.

Our FitCamp can take place anywhere in the Sacramento area. There needs to be at least 4 trainees per group. FitCamps run for 6 weeks and we train twice a week (total of 12 sessions). We train for one hour doing everything from streching to calisthenics, gymnastics, plyometrics, capoeira, and we utilize our diverse equipment which is brought to the training site in random fashion.



Fitcamp Rate:  $200 for 6 weeks per participant. Group meets twice a week (total of 12 sesions) for 1 hour (minimum of 4 trainees).
