International pro soccer player makes pit stop at The Red Pit.


Leila Brewster, a local who plays professionally in Denmark, dropped in for some world-class training and had a chance to work on her Olympic Weighlifting with USAW Club Coach and Red Pit Team member Kelin Munson.

The Red Pit was a big hit during The Third Annual Folsom Family Expo & Wellness Festival!

THE RED PITs' participation in The Third Annual Folsom Family Expo & Wellness Festival at the Folsom Community Center was a huge success! Our "FUNANIMAL" class was joined by dozens of kids throughout the day as parents watched them exercise while having TONS OF FUN!

 
Our equipment also attracted a lot of attention from families as they gathered around our booth for a chance to play with our training gear. Particularly popular amongst kids was our "Tree Station", which was crowded from start to finish, with our gymnastic rings being the biggest hit of the day!
