At The Red Pit there are no group classes, we offer private training only. Our work focus on the individual goals and needs of each client. We do, however, offer shared sessions (2:1) for clients who are looking to save on cost and enjoy the extra motivation of a training partner while still being trained according to their own program. Clients training exclusively (1:1) receive assisted Active Isolated Stretching while clients sharing a private session (2:1) are instructed on how to perform AIS on their own.

1hour: $60 (Includes Functional Movement Screen, Corrective Exercises, and Strength & Conditioning Training)
The Red Pit Sports & Fitness Cross Training offers GPP (General Physical Preparedness) for people whose goal is overall fitness, as well as sport-specific training for athletes looking to improve performance in their sport.
At The Red Pit you won't "workout"; you'll train. You'll learn the fundamentals of fitness and be coached on proper form and technique. Through positive motivation and guidance, you'll be pushed to reach new heights in perfomance. You'll be inspired by your experience & results and motivated to make fitness & health a lifestyle rather than a dreadful effort to "get in shape".
We are open Monday through Friday and offer sessions in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Sessions start on the hour and last 55 minutes. (We use 5 minutes between sessions to ensure a high level of maintaince of our facility).
