I love Celio's slogan "we don't work out... we train" because that is exactly what we do. As a pilates instructor and dance coach, I understand and praise Celio's emphasis on correct posture and form through each exercise in our training. He really takes the time to make sure that each exercise is done correctly! He is inspirational and is always challenging me to new levels of fitness.
